Red card for Aki...
Has to be, doesn't it? Forceful contact to the head. He wasn't falling. Straight red.
Ref was doing his best to worm out of it. Couldn't find a way.
Game on...

@ACT-Crusader Sau! Get the traitor off I say! How dare he choose to play for Ireland over Samoa!!!!
-
I'm still going to complain. That shouldn't be a red card and just put it on report for the citing commissioner.

It's almost like he's adopted Ireland as his home.

I feel sorry for him, as that happened very quickly, but under the current rulings, that should be red.
Exactly, very little he could realistically do there to change from going for the ball to safely making a tackle. I actually agree with stransky that yellow was warranted, but fuck it - nice to see a whinging NH team on the receiving end of these very harsh rule directives.
-
Timmy???? Take the gap.

@ACT-Crusader I know! An absolute fuckwit who has forgotten is true roots the muppet enjoy you holiday Aki ya big dosser!!!

He'll be disowned by the NH scribes.
This is the only negative if ireland now go on to lose this match - it'll be blamed on the Kiwi / Islander thug, rather than on the very harsh high tackle directives
