No where near a try scoring opportunity. Apart from the card happy nature ruining a game which is supposed to be about a contest for the ball, I'd be happier if Garces was the slightest bit consistent.
I’m pretty sure Garces had warned Wales as they had multiple penalties in that lead up. That one was as cynical as they come.

Bullshit. Professional foul is professional foul. You don't need warnings or location or anything else to be in place. Done enough refereeing courses to know that.
The convention of NOT giving yellow cards in those situations is actually the bigger issue.
