Muscular injuries?
Reduces chance of other injuries, e.g ground impact.
In fact, with game at a slower pace, probably also reduces impact of man in man collisions some what.Also, if complaining off social media (maybe legitimatly), who should the complaints be directed to? An administrative body 12,000 miles away?

@Rapido I think there may be more at play than we know. This game was officially a home test for Tonga, but it was played in Samoa. Maybe, one of the reasons to play this game in Samoa was that the stadium in Nukuʻalofa wasn't up to the required standard, and then it appears that the stadium in Apia isn't either. I have taken this consideration on board. But having now read a stuff article which references a Cooper Vuna tweet as well as Sam Lousi - it appears to me to just be a Tier 2 moan.
Moan if they don't play enough games, moan when they play a game. Moan if no one visits the PIs, moan when a game is played in the PIs.
Not the groundsman's fault, not whoever controls the gameload of Apia Park's fault, not nature's fault, not God's fault, not the managers of the 2 teams fault. World Rugby is the body that must explain the bizarre phenoemon of water and soil (and rugby boots) turning grass into mud.
