Goodness me, Chiefs fans use a lot of naughty words when watching their team.
Google Ads will not be happy. :face_with_stuck-out_tongue_winking_eye:
Watching Marty kick aimlessly reminds me of a Dennis Leary bit about swearing to his kids; "I know f@#k's a bad word but you're f@#king making me say it".

Missed the game, but I have been reading through this thread to see what happened.

I think even Google ads would make an exception for a Colin Cooper coached team π
Mate, Colin Cooper coached the Hurricanes for 8 years and a 104 games. I get where you are coming from.
But those were happy days in comparison with the Mark Hammett era.

These commentators are terrible - thatβs ENS that took that, not ALB. That donβt look that alike.
Lose was all over the show, sounded like he was on the turps! Getting super excited about inane stuff and doing things like callingMackenzie, Mitchell.

Weber was massive. I really hope he get the AB's call up over TTT. But Shag doesn't seem to like him. ALB was good. Wainui was decent. MMac was standard. Dunno what's happening with Alaimalo he was below average. Forwards were good. Jacobson was huge again, hopefully carries his form into next season and push for AB's call up. Overall stoked with the Chiefs.
Also Daniel du Preez is a dickhead.

Entertaining game.
Sharks are a tough side to put away.

Think Marty Mac has grown quite a bit in the last few weeks. Looked pretty solid these last few games

Yeah he does some bloody good stuff, picks a half gap nicely then feeds, he's been doing that heaps as well as those massive skip the whole backline passes. But just when you start thinking "why do Chiefs fans hate this guy so much?", he kicks it dead while under penalty advantage, with an overlap outside him.

18 tackles and no misses from Luke Jacobson. He must be in with a shot of the All Blacks squad this year.
Holds nothing back ball in hand too eh, reminds me of Rodders. Bloody good squad member covering 6, 7, 8.

@sparky Def. in with a shot. Could be one of those good solid unspectacular players who makes the step up to international level with relative ease
like Reuben Thorne

I think someone just posted stats that showed he does something other than ruck inspection didnβt they?

The Thorne "suitcase" jibe is a bit of a myth though, isn't it?
Read some stats once that Thorne was more involved in the hard yakka than other forwards.

Aw, I was a quiet fan of RT. But he's the fella that copped the grief from most fans - didn't see the shit work he did around the field

Never forget fellas
