At least bad decisions are much rarer nowadays with the technology available. Getting a duck when you’re not out due to a no ball or whatever back in the day must have been devastating.

At international level, yes. DRS is bloody good for the game overall... But I'd still tweak it at times.
Do they use it in lower leagues?

I was expecting to see Henry Nicholls mentioned in this article as well, but he isn't. Maybe he has been better than I thought. Maybe the the 2018 date cutoff means earlier less chancy form obscures the last year?
The analysis in the article doesn't include being dismissed off of no-balls.
