For Boxing fans in Aus ,
Whyte v Povetkin on Foxtel , free , Ch 505 Sunday between 4-9 am , good score to get this for no charge
main event probably between 7-9 or thereabouts , winner gets a shot at the winner of Fury Wilder 3 .

@kiwiinmelb Which is annoying because all they're doing is hoding up Fury v AJ. Lets face it no-one apart from people who listen to Eddie Hearn's garbage and believe everything he has to say wants to watch Fury v Whyte or Povetkin for that matter.

Yep , agree , If fury beats wilder , which he should , i would prefer to watch Fury v AJ, Wilder v Whyte
But tomorrows fight is a fairly decent match up at the next level down ,
I wouldnt pay for it , But for free is a good watch around breakfast time

@kiwiinmelb Yeah it is a good fight. Can't stand Whyte personally and hope that Povetkin can turn back the clock but he's well over the hill now and his stamina isn't great these days as was shown in his last fight with Michael Hunter where I thought he was very lucky to get a draw (I had it 116-112 Hunter). Unfortunately I think Whyte will catch him and stop him late on.

Wow

Povetkin proving me wrong and proving how clever he still is. He set that trap up beautifully slipping past Whyte's sloppy straight right and catching him with a beaut of an uppercut. Povetkin still proving to best at setting traps in the HW division turning back the clock there. See ya Whyte.

Might be a blessing for the division , (not whyte )
Whyte has a rematch clause with povetkin ,it seems the mandatory fight against the winner of Fury v Wilder only applied to Whyte , Povetkin has to take the rematch against Whyte first , and gets it if he wins again , didnt hear anything about that in the lead up, but eddie was quick to mention it after the fight
while that is all taking place ,It might open a door to get a Fury v AJ fight instead , should they both win their fights .......... hopefully

Thanks for (long time) coming Dillian.
Let's see some real stuff please.

@MiketheSnow Hopefully we don't have to listen to anymore rubbish on how hard done by he has and how wonderful his resume is (which it isn't), and how he fights anybody anywhere (which again isn't true).

This is an interesting read about the deal to make the Parker-Fa fight happen.

Small date change for the Parker v Fa fight
Kiwi heavyweight boxers Joseph Parker and Junior Fa will have to wait slightly longer than expected to square off after their upcoming bout was pushed back. Initially scheduled to be held on Friday December 11, the 12-round clash will now take place on Saturday December 12 at Auckland's Spark Arena. The fight was originally scheduled as a Friday night affair due to the possibility of clashing with an All Blacks game on the Saturday. However, with the All Blacks schedule recently confirmed and the team playing their final game of the Tri-Nations in late November, the decision was made to move Fight of the Century, in association with Stonewood Homes, back a night.
