Take the win. Flush the dunny and move on.
Nah. Celebrate fellas. Plenty of young guys in our team that haven’t played England at Twickers and won before.
What I enjoyed was that this test was unlike anything we’ve dealt with this year - conditions, opposition tactics etc - so a great learning for the team.

I never smoke cigarettes inside the house (not even the ‘11 Final, which I watched from outside chain-smoking). Today i puffed two in the last 10 minutes. I think I’ll step outside for the relief-cigarette now.

we'll take that! Quite a few options for mom
Retallick, Big Karl, Crotty, Goodhue, DMac, S Barrett, thought Beaudy was very solid tooArdie by a mile

The trend continues though, in playing for all the marbles in a highly anticipated game between 2004-2015 the ABs always brought an immaculate performance. This cycle; they've either wilted or farted out something like this.
The defense was horrible particularly in the first 20 and last 20. Skill execution was off. Lucky, lucky, lucky.
Thank god the scrum and lineout functioned well otherwise we would have got done like 2012.
That game along with many others this season combined with the selectors inability to move on core players (Smith, Barrett, SBW) does not bode well for winning three finals games on consecutive weekends next October.

Well, that non-try excepted England didn't score any points for the final 60 odd minutes of the game. So we did tighten up in that regard.
We really needed to capitalise on our chances early in the 2nd half. England did well to slow things down, as noted on here it became a very stop-start affair.
I do feel a bit dirty about the non-try, players are 5cm offside at nearly every ruck. The chargedown meant they had to check it but not convinced there was enough evidence to overturn the decision.
DMac was awesome in the first half. Ardie good throughout. Brodie went into beast mode in the 2nd, which proved the difference. What a player.
Outscored 2 tries to 1. Beauden nailed a droppie. I think the word surreal gets over used but is probably apt here.

We’re not talking about height

Didn't want the win to be decided on a call like that. TJ seemed to take an age to kick the ball. We will be accused of being favoured but England/ Itoje were really cynical on defence and were lucky not to get a yellow which balances out the disallowed try.

Cynical runs both ways. Look back at the amount of times that Itoje was tackled beyond the ruck.

Awesome impact from Crotty and Scott Barrett; both MOTM performances. Also good first half from Dmac (not so good in the second); Retallick and Whitelock good all game. BB a bit of a mixed bag. Both wings invisible. Squire & Savea good, but didn't shine.

Or the amount of times Itoje reached ocer to interfere with the player in the ruck / slow the ball down. Swings and roundabouts eh one mans mature cheese is another mans mould

Just like we didn’t want that Lions test to be decided by a call like...
All that matters is 16-15 and if people want make accusations about calls or favouritism, let them.
I’ll just add them to the soundtrack along with the boos.

Yep that too. Cynical runs both ways.
It doesn’t balance out a disallowed try (which was disallowed within the laws).
