@Stargazer Damn it I really rated him as a reliable back up, I reckon KHP (Im not spelling his whole name) from Wellington has the ability to step up didn’t let us down against the British and Irish Lions, just need an equally good 2nd back up.

@Stargazer I've just been looking at the competition website - it's better than bloody Super Rugby. Also, each team has a crazy range of names, I looked at about 3 teams and every one of them had about 3 or 4 surnames I'd never heard before.

It is, but it's understandable - his body just isn't holding up, so he may as well cash in while he can.

He's never going to be an AB, so going now is good for him. In fact, with Jacobson having arrived, he might not have even made the Chiefs starting line up.

In that case can the Chiefs have Mitch Dunshea - must be surplus to Saders requirements😄

@Jailbreak7 Hard pass thanks. A good mate of mine went to school with him, apparently he's a massive piston wristed gibbon.

Yep go earn so money. But I’d look at teams not in CA if it was me. Not somewhere I’d put top of my list.

A lot more than that. CA is basically it’s own country. I live in Colorado and it is becoming a lot more liberal here but not a patch on CA. Actually Northern California is not bad. But living in LA or San Francisco I couldn’t do it. Traffic, cost of living, poverty.

Ma'a Nonu to San Diego Legion in US Major League Rugby.

Love it, Ma'a's going from Miramar, NZ (home of the famous Ories) to Miramar, CA (home of Top Gun).

So that’s probably the end of Ma’a’s RWC 2023 bid.
