Dollars (or Yen) aside, much less time away from home for those with young families must be a HUGE carrot, expect in Japan, the times worked woudl almost be like a normal 9-5
I imagine it's a vastly different culture though...which I guess might be an attraction for those guys that have slogged for 10+ years day in/out in the same environment.

I get the feeling Luke Whitelock will be one of those signings that the fans love in the end. He seems like a pro, and will work his ring piece out for who ever he is playing for. He's having a good season too, so is leaving with some form behind him.

Conrad Smith has a massive article in the local trail runners news paper. Apparently he is getting into marathons. So fingers crossed for some stalking.
