Starting to notise a common thread, of players loosing so much ground in their career due to injury. In many cases they are lucky to cement their spots back and when they do they are often faced with intense competition for that spot. Goodhue will certainly be a loss to the both the All Blacks and Crusaders, however while he was coming back into form, others in the Saders and national side were cementing spots like Dallas Macleod. Same may happen to Tupae, as the Chiefs also have some quality centres. It does suck loosing guys overseas.

According to this article on Stuff, Josh Dickson has signed with Steve Hansen's Toyota Verblitz. It hasn't been announced by the club, yet.
Josh Dickson has been announced as the latest signing for Toyota Verblitz in Japan, the club where Steve Hansen is a coaching consultant.
Dickson is expected to play for Otago in this year’s NPC before moving to Japan.

One solitary test against minnows Japan, along with seven other debutants, in 2018 hardly warrants him being described as an "ex All Blacks Gun"
Ozzie article, gotta big up everything. He was good though, and has been up north, from what I've seen.
Yeah maybe not gun, but I was disappointed he left. Another midfielder that had only just hit his straps and could have been very useful.
