The Blues should just stick with Plummer at 2nd 5.
..or Heem
I’d prefer Heem
If I was the Blues now would be a prime time to offer someone like P Umaga-Jensen a contract.
That doesn't compute. They've already got at least 3 better midfielders, plus potential in Lam.

Why do you hate us?
I’m future proofing so we don’t lose Higgins. 😁

@Canes4life We don't need him. He isn't a bad player, but we have guys there who can play 12 without having to take guys who can't get a run for the Canes.

Fair play. He might be a better bet at the Landers with his bro anyway. They’ve got no one down there.

@Canes4life Blues have quality midfielders in Essendon Tuitupou and Leo Gordon coming through from the U20 squad so I would be promoting both of them next season or they could be lost elsewhere.
-
@canefan What's the bet he doesn't make the World Cup and gets an early release and plays this season.
Wouldn't be a surprise, would it? I always saw him as a fringe player anyway
It's pretty poor they gave him game time in black. He was never up to scratch. If he really wanted a shot he should have come in 2020, not 2022.

Was he bad in black? I don't recall him stuffing up, not at Ennor level anyway. (I recall he was at 13 not 12)?

@nostrildamus no he didn't make many huge errors, but also didn't add anything. At the same level as many SR players. If he'd given it a decent time before turning up, like sbw did in France, might be a different story. Want helped by covid and injury, but midfield is a complex beast, just ask ioane

In this game he hardly played! But I do recall he was direct and I don't remember major mistakes and missed tackles

@nostrildamus Are you talking about the same player?

This lad, Joseph Domoni, who won the Crusaders 1st XV and South Island competition with Nelson College in 2021, was awarded a 4-year scholarship to study and play at Daito Bunka University in Tokyo at the end of 2021. Less than one and half year later, he has a professional contract with Kintetsu Liners.
I can't remember his name. Have we lost a potentially good lock?
