It was a re-mix of a really funny book that Jon and his comedian mate David Downs when he was ay Massey, I did a couple of pages and Petra did a chapter on fashion I think. We wanted to have a go at writing more but the publishing deal was only with David and Jon so Jon had to pay us out his own money ... so I acted like a dick ([I]no surprise as I was 24 and acting like a dick quite often at that stage of my life[/I]), wrote the minimum requirement and then had a sulk in the office for a few days. If I could travel back in time I would be EXACTLY the sort of 24 year old that I would want to punch in the mouth.

Funny how it just doesn't seem that long ago that you three were doing the show. Except Petra actually. She doesn't seem like the same person at all. -

At the return match, held one week later in El Salvador, the home fans' rage was so intense that Honduran players had to be taken to the stadium in armored cars. Instead of a Honduran flag, the Salvadorans raised a dirty dish towel on the flagpole. The home team won that one 3-0. A tiebreaker was held in Mexico City with both countries' fans separated by 5,000 baton-wielding Mexican police. El Salvador won the game 3-2, and hours later severed diplomatic relations with Honduras. Two weeks later, Salvadoran planes began bombing Tegucigalpa. The war ended four days later with a ceasefire arranged by the Organization of American States.[/quote] -
