@pakman FFS have you not seen how green NZ is? We know how to play in the wind and the rain, most of the back line plays in mighty Wellington. 🍺 🌧

@Wreck-Diver Could have done with it not pissing down when I was at the America's Cup parade!! The rain in the song actually refers to the bombing in Vietnam on sunny days. Want to see the ABs raining down on the Lions tryline tomorrow evening!!

    STOP PRESS!!

Aura AND Mystique have turned up

Gatland tells Lions to 'leave a legacy'

Gatland tells Lions to 'leave a legacy'

Lions coach Warren Gatland has challenged his players to "do something special" in the third Test against the All Blacks on Saturday.

So leaving a legacy is the challenge, but so too, intertwined with that, is winning respect. Gatland has been underwhelmed by some of the articles written in this part of the world about him, but he takes that on the chin. Instead, he sees respect in the way the opposition treat them, and how their tactics shift, but emphasises how the All Blacks' **aura** is still very much intact.

"No, the **mystique** is definitely not lost," Gatland said. "But it's kind of like how the All Blacks going into games not worried about the opposition, just going to pick their own team, play their own game and worry about themselves. That's what we have been doing."

So if you were Shag what would be the game plan and message to the players?

Probably a good chance of winning if you score more points 😉

    Aura watch

    Simon Lewis  /  Jul 6, 2017  /  IE-Sport/RUGBY

Lions aim to exploit All Blacks’ doubt

Lions aim to exploit All Blacks’ doubt

Strange sport, rugby. Purveyors of its best brand and keepers of its finest exponents for years, the All Blacks have been able to bestride the global game’s landscape like rugby gods, shrouded in mystique and an aura of invincibility.

    2 × aura
    2 x mystiques

Strange sport, rugby. Purveyors of its best brand and keepers of its finest exponents for years, the All Blacks have been able to bestride the global game’s landscape like rugby gods, shrouded in **mystique** and an **aura** of invincibility.

Now the men in black appear to have lost a touch of their **aura**, and Eden Park’s reputation as a fortress will be a little less intimidating to this super confident pride of Lions.

**Mystique** is definitely not lost. But it’s kind of like how the All Blacks are going into games not worried about the opposition, just going to pick their own team, play their own game and worry about themselves. That’s what we have been doing.

Former Lions halfback Mike Phillips says the tourists are favourites for Saturday's decider and insists the "wounded" All Blacks can be steamrolled.

"But, for me, the Lions are the favourites. They have the momentum and belief - and these guys are 80 minutes from becoming legends."

Excellent work Booboo, great to see Aura coming back strong after the weekends loss. Mystique is a little more of an unknown but in combination with Aura that should be too much for the Lions to handle.

    Crikey,

how many momentum's and beliefs does it take to equal the aura and mystique? And how do they compare to a pact?

I'm so lost in modern rugby

Don't forget "history" and "fortress" when in Auckland.

    Sir Clive!

Interesting the Nh think this is the first time he has been under pressure, he is under pressure all the time ,
Every year we have must win games , part of being an ab coach and the winning expectation that comes with it , last one was Dublin .

Woodwards tweet shows how at least on Englishman doesn't understand NZ rugby and why we are who we are and perhaps they are who they are. As already said - the pressure is always on. Always.
