Former Rebels prop Sam Talakai moving on to the URC to join the Glasgow Warriors. While the Waratahs have picked up former Rebel and current Wallabies prop Isaac Kailea. Not a bad haul at prop for the Tahs this offseason when you factor in they’ve picked up Tupou as well.

I think this article is trying to say because RA will get $100M guaranteed out of the World Cup and because 9/Stan will be issued the World Cup broadcasting rights that 9/Stan are more likely to come to the table for the 2026-2030 broadcasting negotiations (the 2027 World Cup is negotiated separately with World Rugby and isn't part of the 2026-2030 broadcast negotiations for RA and 9/Stan or Foxtel or whoever else)

Christy Doran can't actually structure an article properly.

    It's all over the place

Wallabies’ squad for Argentina Tests reveals there’s more hardship ahead

Wallabies’ squad for Argentina Tests reveals there’s more hardship ahead

The Wallabies’ start to The Rugby Championship has put them under the microscope, confirming Joe Schmidt needs more time with his squad to get them to compete with the best.

Interesting, after basing himself back in Wellington I'm surprised the Canes didn't look at him for his versatility. The fact he hasn't been able to crack the top Wellington side may have put them off as he does look short of a gallop.

@booboo I actually don't know whether you can pick Wallabies from Moana, but I suspect not.

Then again, we're picking Koroibete, so....

Reed Prinsep is captaining the Force on their tour to SA. There are a few other players who have moved too.

Also included in the squad is one Sio Tomkinson. Coby Miln is a Kiwi I watched play 1st XV rugby.

Western Force spring series tour squad:
Forwards: Albert Alcock, Sam Carter (vc), Nick Champion de Crespigny, Nic Dolly, Lopeti Faifua, Will Harris, Harry Hoopert, Tom Horton, Titi Nofoagatotoa, Marley Pearce, Reed Prinsep (c), Tom Robertson, Dane Sawers, Darcy Swain, Tiaan Tauakipulu, Josh Thompson, Silafono Titiuti

Backs: Max Burey, Issak Fines-Leleiwasa, Mac Grealy, Justin Landman, Ronan Leahy, Coby Miln, Divad Palu, Doug Philipson, George Poolman, Harry Potter, Isaac Ratumaitavuki-Kneepkens, Henry Robertson (vc), Patelesio Tomkinson

I have a hunch that Isaac Ratumaitavuki-Kneepkens might be related to Jacob.

@Mr-Fish nah coincidence I reckon. You wouldn't want their family to get tied up with the Champion de Crespignys, that'd be some serious hyphenation.

Zach Fittler (son of Brad) has signed with the Waratahs on a 2 year development deal.

    Apparently a gun schoolboy midfielder.

He's a fucking weapon that kid. Hard to judge when NSW basically stomped everyone in the U16 and only lost to a bunch of other NSW boys in the U18 game against the Ponies.

As long as his Dad never coaches 😜
