Can't see it being Sanirevi, they'll be looking for someone young for the future.
He is only 24 so hardly old. As I've said Sanerivi will need to be a regular at NPC level first.
@Yeetyaah Surely Slater is staying.
The younger hookers in the region are Ioane Moananu, Taine Kolosi, Hakaraia Richards-Coxhead and Sean Ralph.

Starting to hear some whispers about Tupou Vaa’i linking up with Moana Pasifika, does anyone have any knowledge on that or heard that too?
Thought I’d do a quick search and it says ‘All Blacks lock Tupou Vaa'i's contract extension with the Chiefs and New Zealand Rugby until 2025’. This was posted during the back end of 2022. I’m assuming ‘until’ means he’s about to be off contract at the end of this year(2024).
Could well be absolute dribble but I’m hearing it from a few people so thought I’d check in here to see if anyone had heard anything as well.

I was expecting this to have been already posted:

Heard Shaun Stevenson is still flirting with the NRL and heard something about the Western Force being after him.
Not even the Tigers would take him.

Jeez if the Force are looking at him I hope the Canes are.

@Bovidae Thanks for the article, interesting read. That must’ve been a very challenging time for Trask, not just the obvious injury concerns but changing the mechanics of his running and stepping as well.
Trask has been going very well in his first few games at ten, I feel. I always thought he might be better suited to fullback but he has shown a very nice balance in his run, pass, kick options against Waikato and North Harbour. He’s directing things well. Hopefully his injury concerns are behind him and he should have a great contest with Jacomb for that back-up spot to McKenzie next season.

This signing had been rumoured. Carter will provide some X-factor. He probably takes Malimali's place in the squad.
