For those of us oldies, does that mean you liked, or disliked the drone show?
Yeah sorry it was cool.

DMac is still far too loose. Wouldn't want him starting for the ABs at 10.
What? I am trying to comprehend this. Who in Super Rugby would you have instead? In my opinion, if Dmac goes down, the ABs are in a world of trouble.
Name me a test match against a top test nation where he has actually performed at 10? Looking good against teams we are trashing by 40 points doesn't count. Take away his time and space and he goes missing. He was rubbish against Australia in Dunedin last year, a game which he should have dominated.
I hope that I'm wrong and that he's turned the corner, but I saw enough in this game that suggests he still lacks patience, often will go for the 50/50 plays that normally don't come off and tends to rush things.
As much as I don't rate Beauden anymore, I think he deserves first crack at the starting spot until DMac can prove to be the better option. DMac off the bench for me.

BB has been a proven sub-standard 10 at test level for a long time now.
We gain nothing by starting him. -

that's retarded
The ABs completely changed when they finally fucked BB off from 10 after the disaster in South Africa, and you want to go back??? i struggle to remember the last time he was even decent at 10
DMac may not be perfect, far from it actually, but he's way better than everyone else.

When I see evidence of that at test level I will agree with you. Haven't seen it yet.

whereas you have a mountain of evidence that BB can't do it, yet you want to go back to that? Seems legit

How does one get evidence if he doesn't start? The England series is a fantastic way to see if he can step up. Rolling out BB one more time does not help us find a 10 going forward.

He was bloody outstanding V Argentina in Argentina last year in a game many were picking the argies would trip us up in.
Agree not his best against Aussie but we had our second string forward pack and Christie delivering him the ball at a rate the local postman would likely surprass.
BB is the epitome of 50/50 plays after 3 years of wathcing him chip kick the ball on his own 22 as we haven't broken the defensive line after 3 rucks I've had more than enough of his "play" at 10 to last me a lifetime.
Yes Dmac needs to deliver this year - but the only way to test him is to start him and see how he goes.
