Who was directing the forwards there? Utterly devoid of leadership in those last 10 phases. Deserve to lose like that.

Well done Reds. Them winning at home is good for the competition IMO.

Reds the better side tonight. Great to see Aussie rugby competitive again. Unlucky Chiefs.

TTT was just standing there as an observer.

Tight comp this year. Oz/Kiwi games are good value now.

No doubt who deserved the win. Reminded me of New Plymouth last year, in last 20 you know the Reds weren't going to let it slip.

@Tim It feels like Super Rugby is back tbh. Hasn't been this competitive since about 2015.

Just need to get rid of the Crusaders and Force 😉

McMillan's selections and sub decisions were poor.

Probably too many changes from last week. Was Dmac and LCF the only two in same starting position in the backs?

@Bovidae Any chance they will move Jacobson to 7?

That can't be all of it - tad perplexing just how flat and disjointed the whole team looked.

Was that not a knock on and offside?

That was so obvious in real-time. I bet the TMO was wearing a Qld jersey. 😉

Chiefs set piece was very ordinary tonight and the Reds exemplary. Set piece and D wins games and that showed tonight.

Twice in the last 10 minutes Chiefs either bombed a try or Reds scrambling defence was unbelievably good. Sad, but that was an exciting game

I doubt it. Boshier is probably his no.7. I said that Parker at 7 was a mistake - not his fault. The Chiefs had very little pressure on the Qld breakdown. Just a flat performance. Even the bounce of the ball didn't go their way.

That and the head knock call into question their professionalism.
