    20 overs left in the England innings. What do you think they’ll set? 320? More?

    i actually think they'll be all out (only 10 overs left now), i'd guess 280 / 290

    Bowlers are putting us into a winning position. It's up to the batsmen now

    I think this will happen to a lot of teams batting first early in the tournament, they'll be a series of low scores as teams lose too many wickets. They're just not used to batting for as long in white ball cricket and forget how much time they have

    Pretty decent effort in the field seeing we have only selected 3 bowlers😂

    This tournament is so long that you have time to play yourself into form, then play yourself out of form only to get back in form by the time the tournament finishes….

    In the slot. Neesham gifting England a lifeline.

    Annoying final wicket partnership there

    Ravindra 39 off 26 so far. First chance I have had to watch him bat. Looks a useful young talent.

    Magnificent partnership. What a talent Ravindra is, and an absolute masterclass from Conway. One of the best one day innings I have seen. He Had the ball on a string.

    Neat little bit of trivia. England's innings in the first time in an ODI every player has made double figures.

    Meanwhile no NZ batter finished in double figures.

    Nice start to the tournament and a great boost to nrr. Comp format looks decent this time, everyone plays everyone then top 4 into semis. Nrr could be important here.

    The partnership of 273 between Conway and Ravindra is the fourth highest in the history of the Men's World Cup. Highest for any wicket for New Zealand, highest by any team against England.

    @Dodge

    It’s a shame it didn’t happen in the last World Cup match these two played against each other😉

    This was an absolute munting. Not far off the 2015WC where Nz beat England so quickly in a day/night match that the stadium didn’t even have to turn the lights on.

    Smithy and Botham were scrambling to see if they can bring their dinner reservation forward 😂
