Nope
That's exactly what we got a notice about. It turned up in a reverse image search and we don't have the rights
Plenty of other photos could've gotten flagged it just depends on a which models aggressively police their images
Just to be clear, if @kirwan missed the email and didn't respond this morning the host was turning off the site in two days. It would've been really annoying to appeal that or move hosts

I don't know much about how hosting works but to a lay person it seems unreasonably punitive to turn off the site for one pic!
That's just how copyright law works, and it's in the terms of service for the hosting.

@Duluth I guess this would also apply beyond this thread as well if people are putting in Jpeg/cut-paste of peoples images?
She seems a slippery slope alright.
Yeah, we probably should avoid any Instagram ripping as a rule.

I think it only applies to models/thots for now. They are the ones who are likely to go searching around for their images and post takedown requests
So basically this thread

The DMCA takedown was from a model. It was just your regular model/thot pic that was all over the Hawt thread. Chick posing at camera
Instagram embeds of models are fine
Moving this to the hawt thread so the conversation is in one place

Fair play to Joan

Rather than individual embeds I thought I'd just tag the account.
