@Victor-Meldrew I was close to voting RM. Think that was probably the most promising game I've seen from him. Solid decision making mostly, ran the show well and I thought had a big hand in the early dominance.

Jordan, Frizzell, Mounga for me. If I could also vote for them, I'd pick the entire tight 5.

Aaron Smith, dude is seriously good, sure I'd like him to run a bit more.but his core work is top notch..

Frizzell, wow, he owned the opening quarter, in that was the best showing of a 6 for years, let's see him back it up.

Big Brodie, winding back the clock.

@Victor-Meldrew I thought the same, and I'm not trying to have a dig either. Still thought he was solid enough.

    Frizzell, S Barrett and Jordan.

@Victor-Meldrew I felt that was a bit of a statement performance from Richie. He didn’t do anything spectacular but the way he controlled the game for me was top notch. His kicking was also almost flawless and he finally brought his Crusaders form onto the big stage. He has to be our 10 at the WC I feel, with DMac being the closer.

The time where he plugged the corner, I reckon he could have scooted around the corner too. That's how much he dialled it back.

Friz, Jordan, Retallick. Then daylight, even though the others were pretty good.

It was great to see Retallick back in form and quite dominant in the lineout but I still thought SB shaded him around the park.

Actually that makes me wonder regards the lineout stats, Boks didn't look very dominant despite their size.

Ah OK, thanks. I agree he was solid, and like Jordie, unspectacular (that's a compliment against a team like the Boks, BTW) so see why you went with him

I like the post but I don't know- DMac may be more useful against certain teams. It is good to have options.

Easier this week so Frizzell, Scooter & Jordan. Honourable mention to Ginger - thought he played bloody well today and justified his selection.

I’m genuinely interested in this. I thought he put us under more pressure than we needed. His passing had receivers reaching behind and the indecision at the ruck. Can’t fault his effort or the defensive elements, but man we need our halfbacks clearing quickly when our forwards and backs are humming.

The forwards were under the pump a bit when he came on and taking that into account, I thought he did pretty well and his passing and decision-making was way better that last week. Sure, a huge step-down from Smith, and Roigard will probably supplant him shortly, but he deserves credit for that performance in my eyes.

@Victor-Meldrew I think it's a bit disingenuous to treat the mom poll as the most improved poll.

@antipodean agree with those 3 , special mention to Scott Barrett and I thought that was close to Richies best game .
