I have good word that TJ Perenara will be at the Canes next year but won't be taking part again in any rugby for the remainder of 2023 after having revision surgery on his achillies.

I really hope this doesn't impact whether Roigard stays or not. As big a Canes legend as TJ is Roigard is our starter now if he's around.

I don't think Laidlaw would be silly enough to put all his cards on TJ and lose Roigard. He should be re-signed with no guarantees that he retains his no1 position.
Good to have him back and firing though. But Canes must sign a better no3 than Booth as who knows what TJ will be like now. He might be like Coles that is out more than he's playing

Not true. I've heard from my contact thats its actually a top French HB with the initials AD. He wants a years SR experience after the RWC. But that's all I can say. Roigard is staying too.

That is disappointing to hear he is staying. Could have been a fantastic addition to a very talented Chiefs outfit. Hopefully he changes his mind.

George has posted that's hes moving to the chiefs. BerhamporeNinja I think said his contact said he wasn't. We will see
I prefer teams to leave good starting players in other teams alone. And to develop their own players. Or pick up non starters. For example PUJ but hands off Roigard.
