This plan to have Dalton hanging out on the wing is screwing Blues at breakdowns
Yeah he's doing well out there, but at what cost
-
Gardner's refereeing of the ruck is a lottery.

BB has gone back to the slow soft nothing passes to players in a bad position like he was earlier in the season. Just playing with no mojo or positivity
At least he is not kicking every ball

Paps and Akira. Neither are anywhere near the break down
-
The difference in the way the Crusaders and Blues use the ball is immense.
Crusaders all running onto the ball, passes out in front.
Blues shovel it backwards at a huge amount of knots, to someone flat footed, and you’re lucky if the pass is out in front of the man maybe 1/2 the time.

Feels like the Blues might do more damage with a much narrower (initial) attack around the ruck.
-
That's a terrible penalty
No release, and he didn't even have hands on the ball

Just plays connect the dots.
Not even doing that well, either.

At least the crusaders look to have focused on that.

For the last month when thenpunch either side of the rick before hitting the fringes with their pace, they look amazing
They do it for like 5 minutes a game. It's immensely frustrating

Christie has gone into his shell in the last few weeks. He needs to snipe off the ruck. We are fanning out and it’s easy cover.

I mean just plays the training patterns and won't break it - he's doing that very well!
