Blues v Highlanders

Landers have been a really tough watch all season - don't deserve to be in the "finals" as a fan I sincerely hope we don't scrape in ....
Blues certainly didn't put their best foot forward tonight ,, but they didn't need to either. Best of luck for the finals Blues

Segner has an engine on him
Have liked that boy since seeing him for NZ schoolboys against Aus at Ballymore!

Landers up to 24 pts, level with the Reds (7th equal). Blues up to 46 pts, 5 ahead of the Brumbies.
And the canes season will once again end in Canberra with an undersized forward pack, just for old times sake, eh Holland

Papalii doesn’t want to be doing this interview, looks like he’s ready to rip the team a new one.
He had the gall to say the Highlanders are a bloody good team. He should've just said we played like a team that knows it is in the finals and that's not good enough.

What is all this ostentatious praying business after a rugby game? Spare us from this Pentecostalist American BS. Keep it in your churches
-
@His-Bobness Freedom of religion and freedom of expression. They can pray wherever they like. Who are they harming with it?
-
Poor game. But a very gutsy display from the Landers
-
@Mattasaurus With the limited talent you guys have at your disposal, you can be proud of the effort you guys put in. You guys made us look pretty ordinary out there tonight so you guys deserve a but of credit for that.

Genius coaching by Leon. Build slow before finals and give nothing away about your strengths leading into finals. At all.
Harmon was immense all match. Christie the polar opposite.
Collected my cat from the vets and spent more time pampering her than watching the screen through the riveting defensive arm wrestle as described by the commentators. At least TJ can add 7 and get the right answer unlike his mate. -

Agreed.
It’s not for me, but what they do or believe in has zero impact on my life…..
-
@Stargazer They can do whatever they like. I’m not advocating stopping them. I personally think it’s inappropriate and crassly American. Expressions of religious faith are best done in private. What it has to do with a bloody game of rugby I have no idea.

@Machpants This year's Brumbies look weaker than last year's.
So are this years canes
