Ideally with Will Jordan he follows the path of Ben Smith whose test career didn't really take off until his mid 20s in 2012. Will Jordan is 25.

Ideally no he doesn't - instead let us hope he gets picked regularly and in his best position!

So Havili is out for the July tests.
Does that open up an opportunity for Heem or Goodhue or is ALB considered suitable cover and LF/Ennor get another chance?

@Crucial with JB being the preferred 12, who's the other form 12s, who as an added bonus cover other positions in the squad like DH did?

If they see ALB as 12/13 and are comfortable with is his durablity since he's had injury issues recently, perhaps the backup to RI is the risk point to cover in the squad?

LF is off overseas so a waste of time, Ennor is a bit shit. Fern favourite Umanga-Jenson is always injured, so who's the next 13?

@Kirwan surely Proctor is next cab off the rank at 13?

@taniwharugby has good pace, so wouldn't change how we play with RI there.

@Stargazer was slow/medium pace before his injury. So , along with ALB, has question marks about his durability and now even slower than his peak. So changes were we attack.

I think his time has passed, and time to try someone new.

@Kirwan Yeah, I've my doubts, but just like Ennor, he might make the squad.

Look to the AB XV to see who the selectors rated as the next tier of uncapped midfield backs. Of those playing regularly, it was Heem, Aumua and Nankivell. Throw in Proctor.

Yeah Proctor would be my pick but my sense is he'll have to wait til 2024

@KiwiMurph I'd take Proctor aswell, he's shown consistency in performance and has played very well for a while now (both NPC and Super).

@KiwiMurph it's only an option now because of injury. The only way to get in or out of a Foster squad...

another vote for Proctor, he always seems to look to get outside his man which could really unlock someone like Clarke

It was a question not a proposal.

Ennor is the backline equivalent of Brad Shields

@Kirwan although I think they'll likely stick with Ennor.

Goodhue has the smarts on both sides of the ball, just lacks the pace for 13 anymore (on both sides of the ball) can probably get away with it at 12, but he simply hasnt had the game time either.

    Surely it’s Ben Atiga’s time.

Cool, England will be thrilled they’re about to inherit another kiwi Super Rugby player who drops the ball a lot !

But yeah, Ennor doesn’t exactly have game breaker written all over him.

I actually don't mind Atiga, genuinely thought he'd get more caps as a midfielder, wasn't his fault the way he got selected by domehead.
