    @Canes4life But why would the Highlanders want a Hunt v2?

    @Canes4life We export unwanted players to the Force, don't we?

    Good game from Chiefs, took points when on offer. and were pretty clinical considering the conditions.

    That was typical canes (two opportunist tries, nothing constructed), the defence was gritty at least

    Chiefs far far better team, and shows the importance of kicking well. How foster is watching

    Some big efforts by Samisoni showing his class.

    Well played Chiefs. Canes had far too many drop kicks out there tonight.

    Hopefully we can get some cattle back next week against the Blues.

    The injury toll of this game for the Hurricanes is bad: Devery, Flanders and Proctor. Devery's injury looked serious.

    @Stargazer

    It seems to be all our good players getting injured every week aswell. We need a new conditioning coach because this seems to bloody happen every year.

    That unavailable list is way too big and only seems to get bigger every week.

    @Canes4life I don't think any conditioning coach can do anything to prevent injuries like those suffered today.

    We could have got something out of that game, with Ardie and Jordie. As it was, the Chiefs were far too good.

    Ooh boy howdy that was a soggy one. Chiefs defence was so bloody good, only massive mistake defensively was Nankivell drifting in before the Moorby try and Stevenson not reacting to the kick. Dmac obviously gave fumbled the ball horribly which lead to a try. Chiefs forwards were all over the Canes was bloody good to see. Glad to see them bounce back after last week.

    You’d hope so. There were 7 ABs in that starting Chiefs pack.

    Weber and DMac getting an armchair ride…. 😎
