Players in SR are able to clean out rucks from crazy angles.. particularly on attack. That might burn us at the RWC

    More poor options from JOC.

He really does look past it

@Damo Murphy is pretty silly generally.

He was a poor 7s ref, which inevitably results in a dreadful rugby ref. The rucks have been a joke in his game: Players off their feet, clearly not coming through the gate, not supporting their own bodyweight etc.

That 22 - halfway debacle says everything about him as a ref.

@antipodean missed the second half but yeah he's trash. Most of the refs are trash at the moment.

@Derp Heard Noah Hotham had a really good game. Good that some of our newbies are holding their own while we have so many injuries.

She was a hard watch at the ground. Crusaders got it done though.

Bower didn’t look good going off, any news?

Petaia was busy and appeared to be having one of his better games for the Reds.

A shed load of BO in the crowd tonight…

Reds seem to have gotten worse. You look at the players and think ‘Jeeez, he’s good’ and then you see the score line.

    Scrappy game.

And the Suncorp surface was chopped up pretty bad.

Some good touches and nice hard running. LF is in sharp form.

Had to laugh at one of the commentators post game saying Heinz played well. Must’ve watched a different game to me because his laboured approach was poor. Hotham looks the goods.

Suncorp has always cut up hasn't it? I was there all the time when I lived in Aus and couldn't believe they never got it sorted properly.
Agrre Hotham looks like he will be good, he looked good at NPC last year I thought, and although obviously at 19 got some developing to do, think he will be around higher honours in a few years.

Dom Gardiner continues to impress. And T. Williams who continues to grow, and the 19-year-old halfback were also good out of the "young ones". Some really good halfbacks starting to come through the franchises.
LF is on fire! Lacks full on pace but he is just a workhorse that has become the go-to strike weapon for the Crusaders. With Reece and Jordan not playing there is a chance good defensive teams could shut down the Crusaders by focusing on LF.

I just don't like watching DAYmon Murphy referee a game. It is really spin-the-wheel stuff a lot of the time. So inconsistent.

Gardiner is bigger than this https://www.allblacks.com/playerprofiles/dom-gardiner/ no? Seems to play bigger.

Has LF ever been a loosie? Runs like a hardrunning 8 imo.
