He wasn't as good when he was playing for the Highlanders. Promising but nowhere near his current form.Biggest surprise of the season for me.
Came from getting dominated in Super to looking world class and an automatic selection.
Not sure what changed, coaching or attitude, but someone especially Lomax deserves some major credit. -

One of my favourite players of all time. Unfortunately one of my least favourite pundits.
He’s alright. He has boundaries around his job and does a pretty good job considering. I enjoy his live work

He only appeared to show the improvement at AB level though imo.
Improvement isn't always instantaneous, sometimes the tips and tricks you glean off the older pros take a while to sink in.
