I’ve gone to nrl gfs when storm have made it and just brought a ticket through ticketek the week of the game , was a breeze .
That’s because Sydney based NRL fans hate the Storm, so don’t want to go 😉
That probably had a bit to do with it , but it doesn’t matter who is in the afl gf , the tickets are gone

I'm in some weird twilight zone shit. Watched a match last night and just clicked it was last fucking years game. For some reason I blanked on Penrith losing to the Storm in 2020. Fucking lol. I blame the kids... and a touch of old age.
In the good news column, I've got GF to watch tonight!

Was thinking about all the different nrl grand finals I’ve been to ,
Storm v st George
Storm v broncos
Storm v manly ( twice )
Storm v parra
Storm v bulldogs
Warriors v manlyAnd the parramatta fans clearly made the most noise , they were so loud
They have a very big passionate blue collar supporter base very similar to a Collingwood or a Richmond in the afl .
Anyone going today should be in for a treat .

Sheesh Penrith is cleaning up. They have some sort of program going on our west.
-
On my way to the stadium now after a couple of warm up beers at darling harbour
-
Could be way wrong, but can't help but feel the inclusion of Nathan Brown could harden Parra in the middle. They still need their halves to stand up obviously otherwise they will be easily beaten but at least selection wise I think this is good
-
@mariner4life enjoy it bro. The stadium and crowd look amazing on TV
-
Fisher-Harris lucky not to be penalised twice there - one late hit and one high
-
Good move by Panthers to get more numbers on the right side.
-
Papalii looks gassed
-
This looks over already. Panthers making easy yards against the Eels.
-
Unrelenting stuff here from the Panthers.
-
Feels like the AFL final right now

18-0 may as well be 30-0 with the way the Panthers are defending and the lack of inroads from the Eels attack.
-
Eels lucky to only be behind by that much. They look tired and static in defence, far too predictable in attack. Penrith are the opposite.
Take a monumental half time speech to turn this around.
