Luke Campbell to MLR.
He has been signed by New Orleans in the Major League Rugby competition and will head over in January, before returning to Manawatū later next year.

@Stargazer Wonder what New Zealand international means and did he actually play any games, let alone start, for the Hurricanes?
He started a few games for the Canes when Perenara was in Japan. Didn’t let the jersey down at all.

@Stargazer There you go then, shows just how much I care or take notice of the Hurricanes now! Incidentally I have got a leave pass to go over to Park Island for the Under 18 game against the Wgtn Samoans so will give you a bit of a report on how things wen sometime after. Means I will miss the first half of The Bay's match against BoP though!

Bell signing for a US team is a shocker, especially when he lost out to Apisai. Upto Highlanders?

@Canes4life Looks like he has been sent away to be looked after by uncle Greg Cooper for a year and will then come back to the Otago/Highlanders fold. Dumb decision none the less to pounce on Leni Apisai
