    Shit from you Drummond Noah Hotham will take the Crusaders starting jersey next season.

    What are the options on signing Willie Heinz?

    I reckon he's better than Drummie and TTT.

    Can’t see it at 35 but you never know it depends if we retain TTT.

    @African-Monkey he can take Simon Hickey with him as well..just frustrates me when you see really good players based on club form overlooked ..
    You tend to see patterns when the same players who never deliver get selected year after year and the result for Auckland rugby is the same

    @Chris Yeah - I see he'll be 36 soon, too.

    Drummie and TTT are still only mid-late 20s - seem like they should be older - could stick around for 4 or 5 more years, but I think Hotham is the way of the future.

    Agree. But a poor and dangerous tackle by Jones. Likely red card

    I hope both players are okay. At least Bridge can walk off the field. Sad to see Jones being stretchered off.

    Fully deserved the red though. No malice, but a really bad/clumsy tackle.

    To be honest its crap rule ..Tupaea is out of rugby for 3 months for getting cleaned out by a dog act and both these infractions are both YCs
    Everything thats wrong with rugby right there

    No, they weren't. That's why Swain got cited. He should have received a red card.

    Should have been a Red no matter what, you can not drop you knee onto a player's head.
    Dumb by Christie hanging on but a Dog act by Gibson.

    Did he actually drop it on his head, I know the Cantab cheerleaders commentators said he did but it didn't look like it hit the head to me (happy to concede the point if G&GR style pics and diagrams are used to show it did).

    Yep you can see Christie’s head bounced when he was hit.

    I've already told you the evidential requirements, G&GR it or it's not true. 😉

    Auckland backline attack looks a bit too flat. Too flat and lacks any variation doesn't it.
