A Sotutu sighting, he’s out there on the field doing push-ups

@Nepia I heard he was a super astute obsever- def potential as backs coach anyway.

We have Foster to thank for our two finds of the "year". Bower, de Groot and Moody is a tasty loosehead group for RWC.

    Heretic.

Keep Nonu on. Didn’t get the Sky memo to ask leading non questions. Asking real ones and pressing the answer.

God yes I was wanting Jeff to shut the fuck up with his waffly bullshit.

I like where Nonu was going with the last question - pushing for some consistency in selections.

Nonu also sounds like he'd make a decent fist of coaching with his game questions too.

People go on about Conrad being the "brains" but Nonu was easily as smart a player. He really was the complete package at 12, comfortably the GOAT 12.

Great test match. Outstanding performances all over the park for the forces of darkness. Ardie, Whitelock and especially Mounga.

Enjoy it. I’m going to go and smash something.

Was really impressed with De Groot tonight. Bought some real steel to his game especially in defence and cleaning out.

Plus Newell and an improving Lomax on the TH.

I still have some hope for Tu’ungafasi that he will become the senior prop we need in the squad to help mentor some of these up and comers.

Only thing being he makes Jordie look consistent.

Paps, Savea and Sotutu needs a trial run.
The staid selections have ruined us for so long

Yeah, also, I always expected Piri to go into coaching too as he too was apparently a super astute observer.

I think he's too busy running second man plays with Ken.

Missed it sadly. His rugby brain was highly rated by smart people like Hansen & Conrad.

Nonu visibly leans into Wilson over his questions to Havili. Basically tells him to f”@k off. Haha still dominating off the field haha

Didn’t Ted tell a story about how he was about rip Nonu one about a misfiring backline and he looked like he was sulking then he turned around and gave a full on analysis back about why the plan was wrong and the small adjustments needed.

Congrats to the All Blacks and Foster. By far the better team. Our defense and aerial game not even close to last week.

    Thought Cane led really well

I don't know what I'm expecting from a captain, but he's not it. Disappearing for most of the match between a couple of hard hits, shies in comparison to what I'm seeing from Ardie, Whitelock, Scooter.

He's not a demonstrative leader, but goes quietly about his work. He's a warrior and I think that rubbed off on the team today.

I just think as a player, he's struggling and that's an issue.
