This could get messy for Drua.
Sadly yes. Before sitting down to watch I assumed the game was in Fiji so was looking forward to the Drua knocking Wellington over. Then I saw it's in Wellington and agree it could get very messy.
-
Canes looking pretty slick but this Fijian side is looking shot. A bit like the Blues v Rebels the other night.
-
@Steven-Harris I was disappointed no Habosi...
-
Sullivan is a classic centre. Classy like his brother.
-
@taniwharugby there missing about 8 front liners …at least the Rebels the other night had reasonably strong side on the paddock and they started the game strongly , before exploding…
-
@Steven-Harris also don’t forget the Canes are missing some big guns aswell.
-
@Canes4life but we all know who should have more depth ..

Some loose passing by the Canes, let's hope they keep their structure and not get too barbarians in their play.
That's looks like the only way back in to the game for the drura
-
@Steven-Harris of course.
Dodgy finish to the half by the Canes. Hopefully they can be a little more clinical in the second.
-
@Canes4life it’s great to see some of the younger guys going well .especially Morgan and Laubscher ..

@mikey07 Moorby is the find of the season for the Canes. Love will be grinding his teeth on the sideline with both his competitors for the 10 and 15 (22/23) jerseys playing well.
It’s a good thing though, competition only brings out the best in players.
In terms of playmaking ability Morgan just seems to control things better at 10 than Love. He looks like a natural general.
-
@Stargazer he and Sullivan for me, the latter could be a bolter for EOYT if he keeps his form up.
-
Having Moorby playing so well allows us to test the waters with J Barrett at 12 going forward.
