I'm in favour of a Razor appointment in the style of Rassie, Cheika or Mitch given where we are in the cycle. He is well suited to shake things up and will improve the side in the short term. But we have to be realistic that over the medium to long term the odds are against him.
Change/shake-ups can often bring a temporary improvement ( it's called the Hawthorne Effect) and that, along with a cold, hard look at top level rugby in NZ, is probably the best way forward.
Just swapping out Foster isn't going to fix the bigger problems.
Those problems are a pretty easy fix though - the guts of it is that the forwards are not doing the hard yakka by taking the ball up, so the backs are not getting good platforms to work from, also we need a shake-up in the set pieces... & the playmakers 9 & 10 are not making smart decisions.
We have a head coach & assistant coach that are way out of their depth... if one of the following, Robertson, Schmidt, Brown or Joseph replaced him as head coach & with their own assistant they'd fix this shambles Foster created pretty quickly.For how long? What happens when they fail after the 1st or 2nd year? Then what? Back to square one with another coaching team, and then another?
The problems with the current AB's performance - e.g. half-back succession, lack of physicality, front-row stocks - have been around for quite a while and run far deeper than just the coaching setup. Unless those issues are analysed and fixed, better get used to the win ratio slipping.
The idea that all the problems and losses since 2016 are all uniquely down to Foster and can all be solved by getting rid of him is at best simplistic, at worst a self-defeating comfort blanket with the potential to make things worse.

Isn't that sufficient evidence to suggest to you that the majority of our problems lie with the current coaching staff?

You're quoting a bloke who was once coached for a few weeks by Foster nearly 20 years ago and using that as proof for your assertion that each and every problem with AB rugby is uniquely down to one man? Seriously?
Do some analysis to identify what the real problems might be rather than cherry-pick and do google searches for "evidence" to support what is, frankly, a rather loopy theory.
