    Onya Waj.

Covid to the rescue as far as career chances go.

Leach is a leak. Terrible. They should ditch him for another batsman and let Root and Malan take the spinning roles.

I haven't followed his journey too closely to know why he's often been in and out of the side, but with a test batting average of 42 and nine hundreds, I suspect that Usman would have been a lock in in the Black Caps top order for years.

Khawaja may not be the fastest between the wickets, but fuck he looks classy with the stick in hand. Patient & watchful, when he unleashes the cover drive it looks beautiful.

I said when he was young he was a clear talent that should end up playing test cricket. Admittedly I wasn't the only one - hardly climbed out on the ledge by my own... 😂

We don’t need him we’ve got Nicholls.

Averages 24 overseas. That's been the issue

He’d be doing better if those stats were reversed

    **Stokes won't bowl again.

Anderson looks half shot. he's bowled nearly a quarter of the innings. Leach - just coming on - hasn't earned his keep in terms of giving the pace men a rest.

Considering the jizz fest every time his name was mentioned on the Wisden page he has been MASSIVELY underwhelming.

I really feel you would enjoy cricket more if you stopped reading Wisden.

    I do now.

Extras going great for England as they have all season, out scoring both openers combined so far.

That was a sitter. Is Carey rated as a keeper or there for his batting?

That was a sitter for first slip! He should have been no where near that

How satisfying is it to watch a bowler who has just had a sitter dropped, take out off and middle the following over! Awesome.

    Hameed’s run of form continues.

Remind me again how Burns would do any worse than this poor guy ? 34 in his last innings, not great but still more than Hameed has managed in five……

    Agreed completely.

No feet. Trying to drive when he should have been back and defending.

    You miss I hit.
