@pakman Tupou and AAA concussed. Slipper to THP (he's old enough to remember playing both sides
) and Ollie Hoskins (London Irish, formerly Western Force and Perth-born) to the bench.There are other THP options but not ones you're going to fly over for a single game, assuming the regular guys recover in time for Wales.

So we drop our most exciting winger and put Manu there, which has been tried before and didn't work and when there was never a real suggestion from anyone that it would work. Farrell back at 12 with Smith at 10. Good to see Smith starting and I can understand Farrell at 12 but then either put Manu at 13 or on the bench.
Our joint best 7 goes to 8 again with two 8s on the bench. Seriously WTF is going on Eddie?

Yes and in this case it is perfectly valid: wallabies need fast ball. Do everything you can to slow that down.

Yes that’s a valid point but then you have Lawes at 6. Now don’t get me wrong he’s been pretty good there for the Lions as well as England but being a legal nuisance at ruck time is not high on his CV. If you had Curry and Undehill on the flanks with Dombrandt at 8 you’d have a more balanced back row and lose none of the jackalling aspect. Moreover, your go forward is improved hugely. You maybe lose a bit in the line out but that’s it. Gives you more flexibility on the bench too.

Genge out with the Rona, that’s a big loss. Rookie to start and rookie on the bench. Evens things up slightly given Aussie‘s problems.

@catogrande will be less of an impact given Arnold was awful in the second row for us last week at scrum time. That was our main issue.
