yay, woohoo, BB got one!!

24-14
-

that was TJ knock on first

Horrible spectacle. .bonus point win. Job done

Not quite... why the fuck did Shields just try a run and dumb offload... -
Lol that was lucky. Job done.

As Hansen would say, flush the dunny. -

Such a contrast to A Smith. -

Notes;;

there is clear water between Coles, A Smith and their respective next in line counterparts

we need to blood another half back pretty damn quick, do not want to see TJP in Black - but apart from him, Weber who else is there?

How long before TKB is fully fit? And what about TTT?

Reckon 1 of Sopoaga or DMac could annex Cruden/Barrett and find themselves in Black for their superior kicking stats...

Codie Taylor has been playing very well and is not that far behind Coles. A top replacement.

Agree on Smith, although I think Weber will/would be a good sub (I rate him higher than both TJ and TKB). TTT, don't make me laugh. At the moment, Ellis is closer to returning in black than TTT is to his first black jersey; and I don't expect Ellis anywhere near the ABs (to be clear). I'd even expect Drummond to be closer to an AB spot than TTT.
-

Stupid question; does Beauden practise kicking?

A better question is if he's actually practiced kicking in Wellington. So much for having intimate knowledge of hometown conditions. -

Barrett can f off in regards to kicking. Give Woodward the duties. Barrett's cost us way too many points and he will continue to lose us those bigger games i.e. Chiefs and Highlanders - we would have won if he got his kicks over, its as simple as that. Or bring Black in and send Barrett to Fullback.

Not to excuse the Canes but the Reds do seem to have a habit of lowering their opposition to their standards. The Blues and Landers were also both bloody woeful against them.

The Reds have a strong set piece, a quality openside and are limited by the lack of a quality five-eighth. The Canes played shit on their own accord.

Stormers score a try at the death, convert the try and .... it's a draw: 17 all.

The Stormers are the Africa 1 conference leaders, so they get a home play-off game if they stay on top, but they can't even beat the bloody Sunwolves twice!
-

Fucking Sunwolves.

Not fit enough. Did enough to win, but just couldn't keep up in the last 5 minutes.

They were so close! Considering what the expectations were of the Sunwolves at the beginning of the season, a draw is not that bad.

How big was the crowd in Singapore (I only saw the last minutes of the game)? I know S'pore is only a pseudo home for the Sunwolves and forced upon them by the Saffas, but it is really not helping the Sunwolves. It just adds extra travel to their already awful schedule.
-

I think that his indecision is because of poor organization of the runners. Hard to identify where the pass should go.
-

It's not indecision. You can boil an egg while he picks the ball up, winds back and lobs it slowly.
I would say that the ball runners find it hard to time not the other way around -

Could be a bit of both.
