@foobanz be prepared to not cope. I can't see the coaches getting over their hardon for JGB. At least Love is a Wellington player so there might be a small chance that he starts one game against a weaker opponent.
JGB on form is not that bad is he. He will never be an AB contender but Love was clearly not ready last year

@winger I think we can do better than "not that bad"
I've said this before but there is no point the Canes persisting with these average players that won't win you a title.
Better to go with youth with an upside than accept mediocrity season after season.

You would think that the Canes were one of the teams that talked to Brett Cameron.
“I did have talks with a couple of teams, but it ended up not working out,” said Cameron, who had already signed a one-year deal with Kamaishi Seawaves in Japan. ”Unfortunately, it was just a bit late in the piece to change my mind and pull out of commitments that I’ve got in Japan.

Has anyone heard any signing rumours for next year? The Canes have been very quiet lately, I even messaged them to see when the squad was named last week and I had no response whatsoever.

@canes4life Someone on here previously asked around the teams and was told that the teams would be announced early November.

They're busy measuring the height of their locks to ensure that they come under franchise limits.

After the NPC apparently first week in December the squads are named so I understand.
