I was going to say our current NZR CEO but a quick check shows he played in 2000 and 2002 but not in 2001. But maybe the other Mark Robinson.
I didn't see many tests at that time although picking Crusaders players would be a safe guess. So sticking with my theme, Robertson.

That's right. Hayman, Holah and Ranby in the same test at Albany. Hayman became AB #1000 because of his surname ahead of Ranby.

Ah yes, I looked at the test not the extra France XV game.
Nonetheless Tamanivalu started on the wing against the Baabaas so should be below Duffie in that list if I am reading it correctly in reverse order of start.
As I put in another post Naholo started a couple of years before both of these guys as did NMS. Ben Smith way way before so maybe I am reading it wrong?Isn't it reverse order of appearance?
