Apart from the high error rate this match the Warriors game is still looking old. I know the Coach talks about change so maybe it’s the players? Too much one off running - turning in, wide passes into space have hit the ground, kicks haven’t been for territory, lack of repeat sets - shit kicking game, shit chasing game.

No obvious leaders in the Warriors. Who will lead next year? They have given a lot of responsibility to Walsh but too much for my liking this early in his career.

Will be Tofu, he is a leader but we have none in our halves. SoS can talk but he is so below par its not funny with his actual game. CHT has never stepped into a leader role like they were hoping. Walsh is a kid, going to have some game breaking moments but we need him to float and not be the leader.

Saving worst game until last for sure.. quite painful to watch

CHT has been better since we haven't had to rely on him to run the game. He is staunch in defence, but definitely not a game breaker like Johnson or Walsh.

In my opinion CHT ruins his shoulders because of over enthusiasm in defence, subsequently gets injured and is hardly available, this is technique and he has still not mastered it, instead he becomes a liability because we have no backup. He is a half and not a second rower and needs to focus on his core responsibilities. All halves should also be good communicators and I think this is also a weak point in his game. He looks like he could become a Foran type of player but although Foran has had lots of injuries he has a lot of try assists to go with it.

The warriors will be relying heavily next year on SJs hammies to play the general leader role which for me is a worry.

I like his courage but would be better to use that on attack.

This Lodge performance feels like he'll do something in the next 20 minutes which will see him miss the games 1 to 3 of next season.

In Evans' defence, if you're gonna go to the bin for punching, may as well wind up on it

@kev If it wasn't obvious I was referring to Johnson and his Sharks teammates hoping that the Warriors won. That was never going to happen.

Kane Evans is a disgrace to the Warriors Jersey. Sorry season had to end that way.

As someone who thinks Matt Lodge is a piece of shit, that wasn't that late and didn't deserve a yellow

The rest was ordinary and fuck Kane Evans

We're shit and we're going nowhere BUT

I'll reserve judgement until we get home games

well, looks the NRL GF will be in Brisbane

The very thought of the glee Talibanna will take when she announces this makes me angry already. I had better stay away from the press conference.

Not much in depth analysis but interesting

The glaring void in Warriors’ roster — and two players they should chase to fix it

The glaring void in Warriors’ roster — and two players they should chase to fix it

The Warriors have a glaring void in their roster. There’s two stars they should sign NOW

I certainly think a Josh Hodgson would add a lot of value at the warriors. Wade was one of the few to improve near the end, especially when he started sniping, but if we started to use him as a bench hooker role (if we chased Josh) then I think the leaadership Josh would bring would certainly help.
