No obvious leaders in the Warriors. Who will lead next year? They have given a lot of responsibility to Walsh but too much for my liking this early in his career.
Will be Tofu, he is a leader but we have none in our halves. SoS can talk but he is so below par its not funny with his actual game. CHT has never stepped into a leader role like they were hoping. Walsh is a kid, going to have some game breaking moments but we need him to float and not be the leader.
Saving worst game until last for sure.. quite painful to watch
CHT has been better since we haven't had to rely on him to run the game. He is staunch in defence, but definitely not a game breaker like Johnson or Walsh.
Plus he looks slow to kick. The good players are running when they kick. He gets static.

I like him for the most part, but this is how I feel whenever Matt Lodge throws borderline offloads in the tackle while falling to the ground a few metres short of the line

In my opinion CHT ruins his shoulders because of over enthusiasm in defence, subsequently gets injured and is hardly available, this is technique and he has still not mastered it, instead he becomes a liability because we have no backup. He is a half and not a second rower and needs to focus on his core responsibilities. All halves should also be good communicators and I think this is also a weak point in his game. He looks like he could become a Foran type of player but although Foran has had lots of injuries he has a lot of try assists to go with it.
The warriors will be relying heavily next year on SJs hammies to play the general leader role which for me is a worry.

Apart from the high error rate this match the Warriors game is still looking old. I know the Coach talks about change so maybe it’s the players? Too much one off running - turning in, wide passes into space have hit the ground, kicks haven’t been for territory, lack of repeat sets - shit kicking game, shit chasing game.

I like his courage but would be better to use that on attack.

This Lodge performance feels like he'll do something in the next 20 minutes which will see him miss the games 1 to 3 of next season.

Hard to celebrate the continued under performance of the Warriors.

Next year is our year...

In Evans' defence, if you're gonna go to the bin for punching, may as well wind up on it
