DMac has proven time again he is a great super sub....so we start him, its like fozzie is coaching in the 80 and has missed the fact the subs are a specialist position in their own right often
Yeah, I don't mind DMac on the bench as he can be a handful against tiring defense. But no way he should be starting.

Not sure about that back three's ability under the ball.
A game against SA would have a totally different back three with Jordan and JB in there to provide extra height.
The Boks have a relatively small back 3. If we had an uninjured Jordan in there our back 3 would be bigger.
That's my point. I don't think we'd see DMac and Reece, maybe only one of them. Reece is the more suspect IMO.
Kolbe has had his problems under the high ball in the BIL series.

No official announcement yet, which makes me think it will be NZ/Aust refs. Unless the likes of Peyper have been in MIQ.
I thought that might be the case, no appointments showing on the World Rugby site for any of the RC Tests.

Right after we got nailed for a red card in the 5th minute. And we scraped it against a French second- or third-string team who should have had a 2-0 win at that point.

What did DMac do so poorly in his last test?
Serious question as I’m trying to remember. Even went back to the thread to see if it was just me forgetting things.
Sure the DMac v JB debate continues with merit and there are fairly valid concerns on the overall size of the backline (that shouldn’t have to be fixed by the 15).
There are also the old perceptions of headless chook play based on previous years that haven’t been shaken.
I remember the amazing chase back, tackle and turnover but that’s about it.
