Anything less is a failure.In saying that we do do pretty well with a squad of players that are barely provincial level.
I'd be delighted with a silver for the men, and yes in 15s they are provincial level.
They still go O.K in international sevens as specialists. Sure we have a few ring ins every now and and again and we don't win everything (like we mostly did for the best part of 2 decades) but I'll cut them some slack.
We all know pressure knockout tournaments require experience. We have that, if not out right talent and speed. I don't think that we will win it but we might sneak through a few close knock outs hopefully. Like beating the Aussies today. Thankyou Mr Knewstubb, who I think should be spending more time on the field anyway.

The disgusting thing of course, should the ABs win the Gold without him, is he'll have his balls up against the back of someone's head in short order.
