Fuuuucked off with Ch7 not showing the end of the road race as promised. I blame this entirely on Hamish McLaughlin because he is a fluffybunny

I saw it on TV. Maybe it was on 7Mate or something? Don’t you get it up there?
The 7plus app shows every sport live.

Clareburt wins his heat in the 400m medley with his fastest time in a heat this year. Classically not rated by the British commentator when asked her opinion on who to watch and led most of the race.
He looked impressive. The Pom in his race probably won’t make the final.
Fuck knows what he was doing in his start and turns but he seemed to gain an extra metre or two each time. Looks like he can put on a good spurt. Of pace.
The Australian looked bloody good but the final is pretty open. Will be a cracker.

I watched it. Was on one of the 7 channels

Also I watched 3 on 3 basketball and it is some uni games shit.
In-laws were over and wanted to watch the news. I was assured they would cut the news for the finish. They did not. I hate Ch7.
Now I won't watch anything until the running starts.

Went for a walk with the other half for a couple of hundred metres before we noticed it was happy hour at the local. We popped in and caught some of the air pistol shooting. As she rightly pointed out these guys were not athletes and how the fuck is this actually a sport ? I disagreed with the latter point, I mean having a steady hand and shooting takes hand eye co ordination and precision so I think it is a sport……just
We did both agree that watching the fence we had painted that day drying would have been more of a spectacle though.

Shooting has been in the Olympics for ages. I guess it is the pinnacle for a sport that people rarely see. Terrible telly but I'm okay with it being in

The technology that the rifles/pistols appear to have is pretty OTT though.
Like you I can’t disagree with it being there on merits as a sport however tenuous……

All those guides they wear seem to make it difficult not to just pull the trigger. I'm sure it is much harder than it appears. Olympic paintball would be more exciting

Archery is worse, they should have to make their own and shoot with a self bow
