If Samoa can sort their discipline issues out, I think they'll do well against Tonga in their RWC qualifiers. They were pretty good on defence, have some good attacking play and they seem to gel well. Much more experience, too, than the Tongan squad.
Are Tonga getting some extra players from Europe out of quarantine letter?

Watched the game thought The Manu were hard done by with the penalty try in the first half.
Maori front rowers looked laboured throughout the game, not impressed with Tamati Williams ZERO mobility around the paddock.
Have no idea what Nock was up to and as for Otere fairly average performance.
Samoan Winger was impressive as well as Wainui.

140 legs is a lot to cart around.
Prolly needs to drop a few.
Agile for big fulla ... But not mobile ...

Is everyone drinking every time Laban says a player’s high school or ‘second man play’?
He was channelling Nisbo too, with misidentifying players.
Imagine if we made those three rules!
I wouldn’t be able to type on my phone by now.

How is that different to someone coming through the maul legally and tackling the player with the ball.
Yeah, I think that if the ball is still at the front of the maul you should be able to sack/tackle the ball-carrier. The maul is already so in favour of the attacking team so that would be a sensible change.

Pass from Hall was a beaut
Great reffing on the head high

Falealii and the Samoan loosies were also impressive in my view. Fomai superb throughout
The Samoan loosies were good. I think they were helped a bit by the Maori selection though. Four locks in the 23 and no specialist loose forward cover. The player they could least afford to get injured was Harmon.. so of course that's what happened
It's strange to think back 2-3 years ago when the Maori were struggling to find any locks. Now they don't know who to leave out
