Brumbies v Hurricanes

Who is the most overrated Hurricanes player? NPC level Evans would be the worst I would say. Another Hansen special.
Imagine being so bad at coaching that even after inheriting Henry's team you select Fifita, Frizzell, Evans, Whitelock, and every other fucking bum in NZ. What an absolute garbage coach.

The troll is strong in you tonight, I like it that you don't seem to have any sympathy for these poor bastards who just had that game taken away from them.

This would be a good list to make - all the selections that went on to be successful versus those that weren't.
If we went back far enough, I suspect that Mitchell's stocks might go up a lot on that basis.

I made the grave mistake of accepting a free ticket and going to watch that travesty.
Not enough the Hurricanes were awful, or had to deal with hometown TMO input, or that the stadium is a cold shithole. Worst is being surrounded by Brumbies fans who know nothing about rugby, complain endlessly at the top of their voices. To the point you have to ask why they go if their only objective is to force an aneurysm.

Except for the fact he's weighed far far down by Ben Atiga, the Hobbit Ben (especially who they were both chosen over) and Sam Broomhall.
I don't think some of the good luck selections who landed in his lap balance those out.

@akan004 Only reason he made the All Blacks is his family name. Very average player.
Disagree. Jordie's a class act. He's played big, big minutes this year and the tiredness showed at the end there. Somewhere along the line Jordie should have been given a rest.
Yep. Canes have overused the heavy artillery and paid the price as they look jaded now. Not just Jordie but Lomax Blackwell and Kirifi as well. Numia possibly overplayed as well. Mind you they missed the workrate of Prinsep who needed a break. I feel sorry for the likes of Toala Aso and Fifita.
Thought Campbell was excellent in first half at setting runners away. -

All on Deans.

That crowd was probably the worst I've ever heard.
Every single penalty call against their team - BOOOOO...! Regardless of validity.
As soon as a chance of a card arose... "Off! Off! Off! Off!" - regardless of validity. And then a massive "BOOOOO!" when a Yellow was given.I know all home-crowds are some-what one-eyed in these regards, but this was just so much more feral. Was it a crowd of people not knowing rugby, and therefore just parochial without knowledge of the laws? Or just... dicks?

Both. Brumbies supporters are generally speaking the worst I've ever seen. Massive chip on their shoulders, ignorant and more concerned with their team winning to bring some joy to their miserable middle level public servant lives than actually enjoying rugby. There's just enough of them in a small crowd to ruin it for everyone.

@mariner4life seriously? I thought it was bad enough when the music in the ground kept playing when we were throwing line outs last week but that is too much
