so, 6 1/2 sessions available. We're 270 runs in front, they are 8 wickets down.

Three sessions gets us to parity, which leaves 3 1/2 sessions to set a target and bowl out the opposition, or roll us and chase it.

Honestly, unless a side collapses spectacularly, this is heading towards a draw. Damn rain.

If only Nicholls had scored more quickly

@mn5 you dick!! that made me snort coffee on my keyboard ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚

Stink there wasn't any play @nzzp, yeah it totally feels like a draw unless shit goes sideways. Then again if there is still a lot of moisture in the pitch when they resume we could see some spicy bowling conditions.

@paekakboyz the rest probably benefits us though, giving our bowlers time off

The implementation of the Anti-Discrimination Code of Conduct will build on the work the ECB has undertaken to tackle discrimination and promote greater inclusion and diversity across the game.

But not for Ollie who we've sanctimoniously excluded

Yeah I hoped someone would appreciate that one ๐Ÿ˜‰

I'd be happy for them to get through a decent body of work, perhaps under less pressure to iron out some kinks and get used to the ball and conditions.

But I know you're trying to look on the bright side of a bummer situation ๐Ÿ™‚

    We loves Wags

He really needs to work on ditching that accent....

Thereโ€™s a mix of kiwi and SA. So heโ€™s getting there.

That 200 runs smoothes the way a bit

Brilliant bowling and review from Southee. Terrible initial umpiring decision, just what the DRS was made for...

    140/4.

Thank God we are not touring Australia with this home town umpiring situation.

Southee keeps the momentum getting Pope. We are into their soft underbelly now, let's rip through em!

Nasser says he used the crease brilliantly. Wicket ball was slightly wider on the crease
