Hurricanes 2021

@stargazer wonder why the likes of X Numia, A Fidow, L Mitchell, B Iose and T Mafelio are not also on that list as they have hardly played. Come to think of it P Umaga-Jensen and R Love probably fall into the category as well and Mikey07 would appreciate them turning out for his outfit alongside Visinia up at William Jones Park against HOBM.
@nepia Wainui have a blindside fronting up in the starting line up for the first time at Premier level this season

@higgins I looked at the Manawatu draw and it seems their premiers aren't playing this week, so I expected Mitchell and Iose to play in Wellington as well.
Tevita Mafileo also isn't on the Pakuranga team sheet in the Auckland comp; maybe he's injured?
Numia & Love both started last week and played for about an hour, but you're right about Fidow (who only got 10 minutes) and PU-J (20 minutes)

@canes4life It was about full (or development) Hurricanes contracts, not Turbos contracts.

All Blacks superstar TJ Perenara will not swap rugby for league and has decided to remain in New Zealand.
The Herald understands the 66-cap veteran has re-signed with New Zealand Rugby and the Hurricanes after weeks of speculation linking him with a move to an NRL heavyweight.

I don't really care on an ABs level, but Fook Mi the Canes need him.

Does this mean TJ is available this week?

@machpants the Canes will go up a notch with him there now. It will really help Ruben Love’s development knowing he has TJ’s voice taking that pressure off.
