A halfback that sees space. Wow.
If the Blues selectors can't see the difference he made once he took the field, they should be sacked.

@taniwharugby Clarke needs to spend some time with Reece to learn about looking for the ball & work rate

How on earth did the Blues beat the Chiefs. The commentators would have us believe the courageous, under strength Chiefs had the game to bury the bumbling Blues in most facets of the game. From the 70 minute mark the adjectives dried up to a mere trickle. The critics of Blues rugby and all those involved ,continues unabated.
Congratulations to the Blues for overcoming this ineptitude and also to the Chiefs for playing so well tonight and making the final next week.
As the Chiefs proved this year ,form can quickly turn around. -
@trodthesod It was mainly Tony Johnson but he's easy enough to ignore.
-
He’s a shocker.”And here come the Chiefs!”

As the Chiefs proved this year ,form can quickly turn around.I wasn’t watching the clock close enough to see the exact minute that the Blues turned around but for a good portion of this game they were terrible. They were scoring points but looked like rabble (much like previous games)
Yes, TJ is a nob, but in fairness the Blues led him down that road. -
Good to see Hoskin Sotutu returning to form, and I thought a nice game from Adrian Choat,he carries well and is strong near the line.He played well too in the pre season game in Cambridge .

Smithy was doing a great job joining in.

How is it offside if ball goes back? These referrals are an absolute farce
That's irrelevant.
If you are in front of the last team mate to play the ball you are offside until put onside.
Does retreating to the point they last touched the ball not count as putting yourself onside?
Yes, or getting behind the player who last played it. That didn't happen though.
Player who played fell back towards his own goal line. Surely it’s where he played it from?

What turnip field did they pluck that woman from?
Someone should have a quiet word in her ear about slowing down - that she can breathe between sentences.
No such a bad habit?

Man it’s refreshing seeing tall locks.
Did you notice that at end Kapeli was packing LH lock in scrums?!

Good impact from the bench in the 2nd half ..Goodhue has added some power to the scrum , Ofa been great value at scrum time , Nock with some nice touches , and Akira with some much needed energy ..can’t quite spilt my MOM ..either Robinson or Eklund ..
Anyone notice that last week Ofa came on for Nepo went OK and then Renata came on for Karl and Blues scrum got mullered. Thought at time it was back to front.
This week Ofa on for Karl and went OK. Renata on for Nepo and Blues scrum remained strong.

Yes, TJ is a nob, but in fairness the Blues led him down that road.Sotutu really stepped up in the business end.
