Boy we often stick it to some ex players ,but Goldie seems seems to be an endangered specie ..the guy has got a massive chip on his shoulder ..

That was fucken terrible. More intensity at breakdown and more accuracy needed.

Canes look the better side tbh.

That’s the worst pass I’ve seen all year
Was being mention as an AB chance after the first couple of Rds that was premature
Probably by the DMac fan club to make the barrel look even more empty.

Second season blues have well and truly hit Clarke.

Really really.
Player not involved in play who is off their feet, who is taken out without knowing it is coming, and it is a shoulder to the head.
He was involved in the tackle, on his knees, and could easily stand up and have a crack at a turnover. He had to he cleaned out, and like loads of clean outs there is often a bit if head contact. I can't stand them using the TMO for everything.
Bullshit. He was off his feet, off to the side of the ruck which had already formed which meant he couldn't attempt a turnover.
I thought he was close enough to the action after a tackle to be deemed a threat and as such cleaned out as the ruck is forming to protect the ball.
I don't doubt that it's a YC in today's game, my earlier comment was more lamenting the state of the game today where the TMO pours over footage trying to detect foul play while fans sit and wait. I love rugby as it's a fast and free flowing game with laws instead of rules which allow the refs to get a feel for the game and let things go instead of enforcing every rule to the letter like they do in American Football.
Nobody would have batted an eyelid at that clean out back in the day when the game was more open and teams given more leeway to protect their own ball. But today we pour over replay after replay and everyone has an opinion on whether it was OK or not. I'm over it.
