    Bugger it, 3 front rowers because of the scrum.

    Jordan unlucky as edam well got us another trophy with bonus point cheese, albeit served on a platter🙂

    Like the previous welcome to country mentioning the great game of Rugby league coming up, this one had the Argies being called The Netherlands instead.

    Nugget, Will Jordan and Laulala

    Will Jordan obviously. Thought Aaron Smith was outstanding today - pity Mo'unga couldn't capitalise on it - and Laulala was destructive in the scrum and strong around the park. Akira really close with Laulala

    Sam Whitelock & Ardie get honourable mentions.

    @Victor-Meldrew Jeez I thought Aaron had one of his quieter games, and had some bad decision making near the line. Ratings in the media agree. But I was watching in the pub, haven't watched mysky recorded yet

    Akira, Lualua and Barrett although I don’t like the idea of a 6 foot midget playing as a lock. I have bagged on Lualua but he did play well.

    @Machpants I agree. There were a couple of ”TJP” like passes too but the fern was silent. I guess once you get a reputation you can’t shake it.

    @Machpants

    Fair point, he didn't run much but I thought he marshalled the forwards really well and his passing was excellent. Seemed calming and authoritive.

    As for the media ratings, some gave Mo'unga a 7.5...

    I thought Laulala, Akira and perhaps Moody in that order? I been a huge critic of Akira, but he stepped up last night, and hope he keeps to that standard. Thought Cane went well again, backs were generally ok without looking that flash. Jordan scored a couple of smart tries where his pace showed, but it bit hard to give him points when he only on a while and had 2 touches even if they were good.

    Akira, Laulala and S Barrett.

    The whole forward pack was bloody good and Jordan obviously superb from the bench.

    Yep. Me too. Just couldn't go for Will, due to the forwards breaking it all down for so long before he came on and smashed the points.

    1. Moody

    I did not vote for Moody but he has been consistently good (like Cane) all the series IMO.

    woah, you're really fanboying on WJ. Good player, but two intercepts and a linebreak doesn't make him Cullen. He's a really good player, but we haven't seen it yet at the top level

    In my book there is quite a spectrum between good and Cullen. I never said WJ was Cullen.
